Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company seeks Break Time Shift Leaders to help manage daily store operations, supervise shifts, and support customer service excellence at Break Time locations. You will manage transactions, assist with banking and reporting, and promote food service and safety throughout the shift.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in cash handling, and adherence to company policies while ensuring high standards of customer interaction and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer service-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with ability to transport deposits.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn concepts, use technology, and operate a computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers; support peak hours and handle complaints.
• Assist in daily store operations: reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
• Assist merchandising and promotions; keep merchandise stocked, priced, and fronted.
• Supervise shifts in the manager's absence; help train new employees; support food service safety.
