Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with reliable transport to banks.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lead a team and supervise during the manager’s absence.
• Able to perform math to make change and complete shift reports.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist the store team in delivering friendly service.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including reporting, banking, inventory, and bookkeeping.
• Assist merchandising, pricing, promotions, and keeping merchandise stocked and presentable.
• Supervise shifts in the absence of the manager and train new employees.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Understand store finances and help control expenses; participate in audits and cash handling.
