Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Break Time Shift Leader to help manage daily store operations, supervise shifts, and support the store's finances.

You will deliver friendly customer service, assist with merchandising, banking, inventory, and ensure food service and safety. This role offers growth into management and requires reliability and team leadership.

Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, flexible hours, and pass background/drug tests.

Qualifications

• Customer service aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist with daily store operations including reporting, banking, and inventory.
• Promote food service and safety; ensure proper merchandising and pricing.
• Supervise shifts in the absence of the manager and train new employees.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Use POS systems and perform accurate transactions.
• Support store goals for sales and controllable expenses.
