Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations for cash handling and shift reports
• Ability to learn new concepts and operate computer systems
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers while encouraging the store team
• Assist in daily store operations including banking, inventory, bookkeeping, and fuel management
• Support merchandising and promotions, pricing, stocking, and sales initiatives
• Supervise shifts in the manager's absence and train new employees
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff
• Understand store finances and participate in cash handling and inventory audits
