Job summary

Qualifications

• Post high school education required.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience; 1–3 years in people management.
• Ability to set agendas with clear time frames and visual aids.
• Strong communication; speak clearly, engage listeners, ask pertinent questions.
• Proficiency in operating Inside UFPI and navigating policy training.
• Knowledge of CI, 5S, TPM and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production operation of multiple departments and shifts.
• Manages group of employees and motivates for productivity.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves problems and opportunities.
