Nothing Bundt Cakes in Delano is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations on assigned shifts, coach the team, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding quality and cleanliness standards.

You will open/close procedures, handle cash, report daily stats, and support cake decoration, frosting, and production as needed, fostering a positive, fast-paced team culture with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management
