Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a supervisory professional to lead operations in the absence of store management on a shift basis. You will oversee opening/closing procedures, direct crew activities, and represent management in customer service resolutions.

Responsibilities include completing mandatory regulatory training and performing other duties as assigned to ensure a smooth customer experience and store performance.

• Carry out opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management
• Supervise store’s crew by directing activities in the absence of store management
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues
