Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. invites a store supervisor to lead in the absence of store management at our Lake Placid location. You will help supervise daily operations and support the Customer Experience Advocate to maintain service standards.

The role emphasizes opening/closing duties, team guidance, and adherence to mandatory training, with additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate.
• May carry out opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management.
• May supervise store crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management.
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
