Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management. This role may handle opening and closing procedures and supervise the store crew during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed and customer service issues are resolved.

The position requires representing management on customer service matters and completing all mandatory regulatory training. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
