Responsibilities include guiding the overnight team, ensuring proper staffing, handling emergencies, documenting observations, and coordinating with leadership for smooth shift transitions and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean, orderly, welcoming home environment; perform light housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor supplies and complete administrative tasks; assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers; participate in life enrichment programming; perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking a positive, dependable, and compassionate 3rd Shift Supervisor to lead our overnight team and ensure our residents remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:45 PM - 11:15 pm) / 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Position Summary

The 3rd Shift Supervisor provides direct resident care while overseeing and supporting overnight staff to ensure quality care, safety, and compliance with community standards. This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining a calm, secure, and supportive environment during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision

• Provide guidance and oversight to overnight team members

Resident Care
