Anam Memory Care in Rockford, IL is seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Supervisor to lead overnight staff and ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

You will oversee night-time care plans, coordinate with daytime teams, document important observations, and maintain a calm, secure environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work overnight hours.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and oversight to overnight team members
• Ensure staffing assignments are completed and care is delivered according to plan
• Serve as the point of contact for overnight concerns or emergencies
• Communicate important updates to leadership and incoming shifts
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living
• Monitor resident safety and overall well-being and document observations
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and complete light housekeeping tasks
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed and participate in life enrichment activities.
