Shifts: Full-Time | 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM -8:00 PM | Every Other Weekend & Occasional Holidays

Anam Care and Anam Glen, a trusted assisted living memory care community in Rockford, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, helping provide a safe, supportive, and dignified environment.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Administer medications and monitor resident responses

• 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM shifts

• Every other weekend required
