Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking part-time Caregivers for 3rd shift in Boaz, Alabama. Potential for full-time based on performance and position availability. Excellent benefits and on-site training are available.

Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person on-site for the required skills. Responsibilities include assisting Residents with medications, ADLs, documenting care in the electronic health record, and promoting independence while following all state and company

• Pass required training provided, both by computer-based courses and on-site mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily medications following company and state guidelines.
• Provide assistance with daily activities including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulating, and more.
• Document care provided in electronic health record.
• Encourage independence and help direct Residents to activities and meals.
• Follow company and state guidelines for assisting Residents.
