BBL Hospitality is hiring for Recovery Sports Grill Westampton, NJ. The role focuses on serving and bartending with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, accuracy in cash handling, and adherence to safety standards.

We require relevant experience, weekend/holiday availability, and certifications (Serve Safe, TIPS). This position supports a fast-paced team and offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age.
Knowledge of service and food & beverage.
Serve Safe certification completed.
TIPS certification completed.
Strong math skills and cash handling ability.
Ability to operate a POS system.
Standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Shift supervisor assists managers in restaurant operations and acts in their absence.
Ensure prompt, friendly service according to guidelines; guest driven.
Maintain professional image and manage duties in absence of managers.
Ensure products prepared and served to standard recipes and portions.
Control cash receipts and reconcile per policies.
Enforce alcohol awareness across shifts.
Fill in as needed to maintain guest service standards.
Ensure deliveries and receiving comply with policies.
Apply disciplinary actions per company policies and regulations.
Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly

Shift supervisor assists managers in all phases of restaurant operations including operation in absence of manager which include.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines; is guest driven.

Exhibits a professional image.

Completes duties of managers in their absence.

Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.

Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.

Enforces alcohol awareness on a shift to shift basis.

Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.

Corrects unsafe practices or conditions.

Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.

Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.
