Job summary

Recovery Sports Grill Westampton is seeking team members with prior serving and/or bartending experience. Most positions require weekend and holiday availability. The role features benefits including PTO, 401K, referral bonuses, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Serve Safe certification complete.
• TIPS certification complete.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 5 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines; is guest driven.
• Exhibits a professional image and completes duties of managers in their absence.
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to recipes and standards.
• Control cash and other receipts following cash handling procedures.
• Enforce alcohol awareness on a shift-to-shift basis.
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
