Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of service and food & beverage.
• Serve Safe certification completed.
• TIPS certification completed.
• Strong math skills and cash handling ability.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
• Standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Shift supervisor assists managers in restaurant operations and acts in their absence.
• Ensure prompt, friendly service according to guidelines; guest driven.
• Maintain professional image and manage duties in absence of managers.
• Ensure products prepared and served to standard recipes and portions.
• Control cash receipts and reconcile per policies.
• Enforce alcohol awareness across shifts.
• Fill in as needed to maintain guest service standards.
• Ensure deliveries and receiving comply with policies.
• Apply disciplinary actions per company policies and regulations.
• Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations.
