Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn- Albany Medical Center in Albany is seeking a shift supervisor with prior serving and/or bartending experience. You will assist managers, ensure prompt, friendly service, and maintain food and beverage standards according to recipes and policies.

Requirements include being at least 18, Serve Safe and TIPS certified, strong math skills, ability to operate a POS, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is common.

Responsibilities

• Assists managers in restaurant operations in their absence.

• Enforces alcohol awareness on a shift-to-shift basis.
• Fill in where needed to sustain guest service standards.
