Job summary

SSP America is hiring Shift Supervisors to work inside the Washington Dulles International Airport. Join our team and help greet guests, run shifts to SSP standards, and train new hires on operational procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in food & beverage, is 18+, and can pass a TSA background check. This role offers immediate hiring and competitive pay at $24.00–$25.00 per hour with free parking on-site.

Qualifications

• Must pass a 10-year TSA background check.
• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in food & beverage.
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven track record of handling difficult situations with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures.
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals.
