Job summary

SSP America is hiring Shift Supervisors to work at Urban Craves inside Washington Dulles International Airport. Greet guests, run shifts, train staff, and ensure opening/closing checklists are completed while coaching the team to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in food & beverage, restaurant experience preferred, excellent communication skills, and can pass a TSA background check. SSP America offers great pay with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pass a TSA background check (10-year)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in the food & beverage industry
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals
• Other duties as assigned.
