Job summary

SSP America is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our airport food travel concept. This role focuses on maintaining SSP standards, delivering excellent guest service, and guiding a team of Food Travel Experts.

As the first step into management, you will greet guests, run shifts, train new hires, complete checklists, and coach staff to meet business goals. Great pay, immediate hiring, and free parking are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience, preferred.
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and manage shifts according to SSP standards.
• Train new hires on procedures and standards.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists.
• Provide support and direction to the team to achieve goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
