Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management and to carry out all duties of a Customer Experience Advocate.

The role includes opening and closing procedures when management is unavailable, supervising the crew, and representing management to resolve customer service issues. The candidate should complete mandatory training programs and perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher.
• Experience: Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate.
• Open and close procedures in the absences of store management.
• Supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
