Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a capable supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management on a per-shift basis.

The role includes ensuring smooth operations, directing staff, and maintaining customer service standards. You will carry out opening and closing procedures when needed, supervise the crew by assigning and following up on activities, and represent management in resolving customer service issues.

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
