Job summary

Kinney Drugs, Inc. in Vermont is seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.

The role may carry out opening and closing procedures on the absence of store management and may supervise the crew by directing activities and resolving customer service issues. The position requires a minimum High School Diploma (or GED) with AS degree or higher preferred and about 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher.
• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management.
• Supervise store crew by directing and following up on activities in the absence of store management.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience:

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment:

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

$17.00-18.50 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
