Job summary

Kinney Drugs, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to lead in the absence of store management. The role includes opening/closing procedures, supervising the crew, and resolving customer service issues while ensuring completion of mandatory training.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, with AS degree or higher preferred. Candidates with 2+ years of related experience are preferred, and drug testing is part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management on a shift basis
• Carry out opening and closing procedures in absences of store management
• Supervise store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities when management is absent
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Complete mandatory regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job description

Job Duties:

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience:

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment:

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

$17.00-18.50 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
