Job summary

Kinney Drugs, Inc. in Syracuse is seeking a supervisor to lead the team when store management is unavailable, with authority on a shift basis. You will oversee the crew, assign tasks, and ensure smooth operations during absences.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, resolving customer service issues, completing mandatory training, and performing other duties as assigned to support store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (or currently enrolled).
• AS degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years related experience preferred.
• Drug test and additional eligibility requirements may apply.

Job description

Job Duties:

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience:

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment:

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

$17.00-18.50 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
