Job summary

ProAct, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management, and to support opening and closing procedures as needed in Vermont locations.

The role includes supervising the store crew by directing activities and handling customer service issues, while ensuring all mandatory and regulatory training is completed. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, with AS degree or higher preferred, and 2+ years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher.
• Preferred: 2+ years previous experience in related position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store leadership in the absence of store management.
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management.
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience:

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment:

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

$17.00-18.50 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
