Job summary

ProAct, Inc. is seeking a supervisory professional to lead the team in the absence of store management at our Syracuse, NY location. This role oversees opening and closing procedures, directs crew tasks, and acts as the manager on duty to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (AS degree preferred) and 2+ years in a related role; mandatory training is required. Compensation is $17.00–$18.50 per hour with eligibility for standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience is preferred.
• Must complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew in the absence of store management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures when management is away.
• Represent management to resolve customer service issues.
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. Typically authority is assigned on an individual shift basis

Job Duties:

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience:

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment:

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

$17.00-18.50 per hour
