Job summary

CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive execution, and deliver excellent customer service while leading staff during open/close shifts.

You will supervise the crew, coordinate tasks, handle customer questions, manage merchandise displays, and ensure smooth operations with flexible morning/evening/weekend availability. Base pay ranges from $17 to $26 per hour depending on experience and location.

Position Summary

A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When a manager or Operations Supervisor is not on site, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes all opening and closing procedures.

Essential Functions

• Work effectively with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
• Effectively communicate information between management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, promoting a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy.
• Manage merchandise presentation: price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, signs, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Perform off‑shelf merchandise displays and reset departments following POGs.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a retail supervisor.

$17.00 - $26.00 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
