Job summary

Vicious Biscuit is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on the floor, coach in real time, and uphold our Southern hospitality standards during fast-paced shifts. You will own shifts, assign tasks, and ensure smooth service across FOH and BOH.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience, ServSafe certification, and availability for early mornings and weekends. This on-site position offers growth as we expand into new states and markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Experience handling guest complaints and coaching hourly team members in the moment.
• Experience giving direction during a busy shift and supporting trainers/new hires.
• Valid driver's license (or able to obtain one).
• Managerial ServSafe certification.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available for early morning shifts and weekends.
• FOH/BOH, expo, or opening/closing experience a plus.
• Fast-casual, brunch, breakfast, or high-volume experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run shifts with full floor ownership, assigning positions and delegating tasks.
• Coach and develop team members in the moment across FOH and BOH.
• Support the guest experience and resolve issues quickly, modeling Southern hospitality.
• Monitor speed, quality, and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Execute opening/closing duties and maintain building safety and security.
• Run any position in the restaurant with full knowledge of restaurant flow.
• Support training and development of team members, trainers, and Certified Trainers.
