Job summary

Vicious Biscuit is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on the floor, coach in real time, and uphold our Southern hospitality standards during fast-paced shifts. You will own shifts, assign tasks, and ensure smooth service across FOH and BOH.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience, ServSafe certification, and availability for early mornings and weekends. This on-site position offers growth as we expand into new states and markets.

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
Experience handling guest complaints and coaching hourly team members in the moment.
Experience giving direction during a busy shift and supporting trainers/new hires.
Valid driver's license (or able to obtain one).
Managerial ServSafe certification.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Available for early morning shifts and weekends.
FOH/BOH, expo, or opening/closing experience a plus.
Fast-casual, brunch, breakfast, or high-volume experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and run shifts with full floor ownership, assigning positions and delegating tasks.
Coach and develop team members in the moment across FOH and BOH.
Support the guest experience and resolve issues quickly, modeling Southern hospitality.
Monitor speed, quality, and cleanliness throughout the shift.
Execute opening/closing duties and maintain building safety and security.
Run any position in the restaurant with full knowledge of restaurant flow.
Support training and development of team members, trainers, and Certified Trainers.
