Vicious Biscuit in Summerville, SC is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the floor for our fast-casual breakfast brand. You will oversee shifts, coach staff in real time, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

We offer $21–24/hour, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and paid training. This full-time role requires morning shifts, weekend availability, and ServSafe certification, with growth opportunities as the brand expands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Experience handling guest complaints and coaching hourly team members in the moment.
• Experience giving direction during a busy shift and supporting trainers/new hires.
• Valid driver's license (or able to obtain one).
• Managerial ServSafe certification.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run shifts with full floor ownership, assigning positions and delegating tasks.
• Coach and develop team members in the moment across FOH and BOH.
• Support the guest experience and resolve issues quickly, modeling Southern hospitality.
• Monitor speed, quality, and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Execute opening/closing duties and maintain building safety and security.
• Run any position in the restaurant with full knowledge of restaurant flow.
• Support training and development of team members, trainers, and Certified Trainers

What You Need

• 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience
