Now hiring Shift Supervisors, an hourly hands-on operations position responsible for supporting management with front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) duties. If you're looking to contribute to a growing brand, motivate your team, and oversee all restaurant operations, this is the role for you. Plus, if hired, your first two pizzas are on us!

Responsibilities Include
  1. Managing the daily activities of hourly employees in both FOH and BOH
  2. Motivating team members to achieve goals and helping them reach their potential
  3. Running efficient, productive shifts
  4. Training and coaching staff to ensure task execution
  5. Supporting management in all restaurant operations
  6. Promoting a positive, collaborative environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a Lead or Shift Supervisor role, restaurant experience and/or culinary skills preferred
  • Team-focused with leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
