Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Lawton, OK store to lead the team and ensure a great customer experience. You will coach crew, manage shift operations across Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales, and help maintain quality and safety standards.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and be 21 or older. The role offers hourly pay of $14.50–$15.00 with a schedule averaging about 45 hours per week.

• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience:

Shift:

5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation:

$14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:
