Job summary

Braum's Inc. in Granbury, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and mentor the store crew. You will supervise shifts, coach teammates, and ensure customer satisfaction, food quality and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include overseeing store, grocery, and fountain service during the shift, monitoring inventory, safety, and cleanliness, and helping drive sales through outstanding service. Must be 21+, HS diploma, retail experience.

Qualifications

Leadership and coaching of store crew to drive service and food quality.
Strong customer focus and ability to maximize sales through satisfaction.
Ability to oversee shift operations across store, grocery, and fountain areas.
Monitor inventory, equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Ensure Braum's policies and practices are followed during shifts.
Effective communication with leadership and team members.
Capable of building a trusted, productive team environment.
Retail experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED.

Position:

Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience:

1 year

Shift:

5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation:

$14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:

Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
