Job summary

Braum's in Anna, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team during daytime hours. You will coach crew, maximize sales through strong customer service and food quality, and oversee shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.

• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Hourly Compensation

$14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
