Job summary

Braum's Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a store crew and manage daily operations at the Dumas location. The role focuses on delivering great customer experiences, food quality, and efficient shift management.

You will coach team members, monitor inventory and safety, and uphold Braum's policies. The position offers an 45-hour work week on a rotating schedule with a competitive hourly wage and advancement opportunities within Braum's.

• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

$14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
