Job summary

Braum's in Lawton, OK is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain operations, coach the team, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1 year of experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a 5:30 am to 3:00 pm shift with a rotating 3-week schedule and about 45 hours per week. Hourly pay is $14.50–$15.00, roughly $35,500–$37,000 annually.

Shift:

5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation:

$14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
