• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner.
• Willing to be hands-on in Front and Back of House.
• Lead and maintain a safe and encouraging environment for team members.
• Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines.
• Maintain proper quality parameters.

Description

The Shift supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on customer service and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities

• Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety and Chick-fil-A standards.
• Manages inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
• Willing to be hands on in the Front and Back of House.
• Lead and maintain a safe and encouraging environment for team members
