Job summary

Chick-fil-A Montgomery is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach Team Members, and uphold the company’s values in a fast-paced environment. You will manage inventory and finances, implement policies, and drive improvements to customer satisfaction.

This role requires reliable transportation, willingness to open/close shifts (as early as 5:00 a.m. or as late as 11:00 p.m.), and clear, positive communication with staff and guests.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of leadership or 2 years of college with a desire to grow in leadership
• Availability to open and/or close the store (shifts may start as early as 5:00 a.m. or end as late as 11:00 p.m.)
• You must have reliable transportation.
• Proven track record of team leadership, with a focus on coaching and developing others.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
