Job summary

SSP America is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Salt Lake City to lead daily operations at our airport dining locations. You will ensure SSP standards are met, greet guests, and guide a team to deliver exceptional service.

You will train new hires, manage opening/closing tasks, and provide coaching to help the team achieve business goals while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure courteous service
• Manage shifts to SSP standards and procedures
• Train new hires on operational standards
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists
• Provide coaching and direction to team to achieve business goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
