Job summary

Kinney Drugs, Inc. is seeking a supervisory role to lead in the absence of store management at our New York location. This position oversees opening and closing tasks and supervises the store crew, ensuring customer service issues are resolved and training programs are completed.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma or GED, with AS degree preferred. Candidates with 2+ years in related roles are favored. Drug testing and regulatory compliance are part of the employment conditions.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. Typically authority is assigned on an individual shift basis

Job Duties:

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education:

Experience:

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment:

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

$17.00-18.50 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
