ManpowerGroup is seeking an Operations Supervisor/Onsite Manager for a full-time, onsite leadership role. The position oversees workforce management, employee development, safety leadership, and operational excellence in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

You will lead associates, train team leaders, and partner with the client to drive continuous improvement and staffing effectiveness. Expect a hands-on leader focused on accountability and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, staffing, logistics, or operations environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.

We are seeking an experienced \Operations Supervisor / Onsite Manager\<\/b\> to lead associates, develop team leaders, drive operational excellence, and serve as a trusted partner to both employees and the client.\
