Manpower is seeking an OnSite Supervisor/Shift Supervisor to lead operations at a client site in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on delivering seamless site operations, talent management, and exceptional client service at the client location.

The position emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, and compliance, with opportunities to oversee payroll, invoicing, and onboarding. A strong emphasis on teamwork and process improvement is evident throughout the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of onsite workforce management, staffing, recruiting, HR or operations experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience managing attendance, call-offs, employee issues, and workforce compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data entry.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable conducting orientations and onboarding activities.
• Recruitment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and talent management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Provide leadership, direction, and act as primary client contact for service excellence.
• Manage data entry, time tracking, payroll and invoicing processes; conduct quarterly contract audits.
• Prepares and delivers client-specific reports and ensures data accuracy with timesheets and hours.
• Mentor and onboard talent; support onboarding activities and orientations.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

The OnSite Supervisor/ Shift Supervisor ensures seamless site operations at client location. In addition to providing leadership, oversight, and direction to the employees. The OnSite Manager is responsible for delivering a positive experience for both clients and talent. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and the smooth execution of all service processes, acting as the primary point of contact for client communications and service excellence.

Your Typical Day and Other Key Details

Service Delivery & Reporting

Data Entry & Reporting: Oversees or directly manages data entry tasks to ensure all client and talent performance data is accurately captured. This includes monitoring time entry, tracking attendance, and overseeing payroll and invoicing processes. Contract compliance audits are conducted on a quarterly basis to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions of the client, in addition that all talent placed is continuing to meet all onboarding requirements. Additionally, the Onsite Supervisor ensures that safety reports and any feedback from both talent and clients are documented and maintained for accurate records.

Client Reporting: Prepares and delivers client-specific reports, ensuring all data is accurate and reconciled. This involves cross-referencing talent timesheets to ensure that hours, rates, and other critical details align with the client's requirements. Regular communication is maintained with clients to ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting.

Talent Engagement & Support:

Talent New-Hire Check-In's: Checks in with talent, asking about their experience, addressing any concerns, and offering support where necessary.

Qualifications:
