Job summary

Norfolk Iron & Metal Company seeks an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a warehouse team and drive production with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. You will coach staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure orders are completed on time.

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence. This role involves developing staff, managing labor costs, resolving employee issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting a safe work environment, identifying and solving problems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

2nd Shift Operations Supervisor | $65,000 up to $80,000 with Monthly Bonus |

• 2 Weeks PTO in First Year – 8 hours upon hire.
