The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a security-minded professional to coordinate administrative and operational security on a residential re-entry center shift.

You will lead staff, ensure proper post orders, and maintain logs and communications to protect residents and staff. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, incident reporting, and enforcing safety standards while coordinating with the Security Manager and Facility Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of related experience or one year as Monitor I is preferred.
• Ability to write legible reports in English with correct grammar.

Responsibilities

• Reads, understands and complies with post orders for the assigned post.
• Directs staff and residents during shifts and coordinates security coverage.
• Maintains daily logs and facility checks; reports incidents to management.
• Ensures staffing levels and trains new employees as needed.
• Addresses emergencies calmly and follows corporate policies.
