GEO Reentry Services LLC seeks a Shift Security Coordinator for a residential re-entry center. The role leads staff on the assigned shift, ensures proper security coverage, conducts post orders, resident counts and daily logs, and coordinates staff training and communications with residents and staff.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage emergencies and respond quickly under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must hold a current and active driver’s license.
• Experience in supervising or coordinating staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates administrative and operational security on a specific shift.
• Leads staff during assigned shift to ensure adequate security coverage.
• Maintains daily logs, conducts resident counts and safety checks.
• Trains new employees and handles scheduling and discipline as needed.
• Gathers and reports incident information to supervisors.
