GEO Reentry Services LLC is hiring for a full-time security-focused role in a residential re-entry center. The position coordinates administrative and operational security on a shift, and involves leading staff, monitoring residents, and ensuring post orders and safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, performance evaluation, reporting, and coordinating with the Facility Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year as a Monitor I or two years related experience; leadership preferred.
• Must be able to write legible reports in English with proper grammar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and operational security on a specific shift in a residential re-entry center.
• Directly lead monitors and residents; train new employees and manage schedules and leave requests.
• Maintain daily logs, conduct staff meetings, and ensure safety and post inspections are completed.
• Report suspected unauthorized activity to Security Manager or Facility Director, and respond to emergencies.
• Prepare disciplinary reports, ensure timely processing of documents, and verify training compliance.
• Engage in shift communications with staff, inmates, visitors, and the public with tact and professionalism.
