The GEO Group is hiring for a Security Supervisor role within a residential re-entry environment. The position oversees administrative and security tasks on a specific shift, guiding staff to maintain proper security coverage and compliance with post orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Ability to train staff and manage shift operations.
• Proven ability to write clear reports in English with proper grammar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and security activities on a specific shift.
• Lead staff during the shift to ensure adequate security coverage.
• Read and follow post orders and conduct resident counts.
• Direct monitors and residents, train new employees, and manage schedules.
• Prepare logs, reports, and disciplinary documentation.
• Ensure safety practices and incidents are properly documented.
• Participate in staff meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
