Qualifications

• 1 year as a Monitor I or 2 years related experience in a similar field.
• Ability to work any assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates administrative and operational security on a specific shift.
• Directs Monitor staff and residents; trains new employees.
• Maintains daily logs, phone, resident in/out, and facility checks.
• Ensures adherence to post orders and counts; reports incidents promptly.
