The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to train staff, write clear English reports, and respond promptly and calmly to emergencies in a high-stress environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to write legible reports in English with proper grammar.
• Ability to motivate, plan, schedule, train and respond quickly to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and operational security activities on a specific shift.
• Lead staff and residents on the shift and ensure security coverage.
• Conduct post orders adherence, counts, and staffing requirements.
• Train new employees and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain logs, reports, and facility checks; communicate effectively with staff and public.
• Ensure safety practices and incident reports are completed per policy.
• Participate in staff meetings and provide guidance to shift teams.
